Cognitive approaches to management, redifinition of management in paradigm 2.0, and the onthological/phenomenological approach to management of a organization has made such a transformation in management today that perhaps the old method of management cannot help the midlevel and senior administrators. Considering these modern approaches to management as well as laws and regulations, culture and beliefs, and general conditions of the country, we have several proposals for the senior administrators.

Management and Leadership

The onthological/phenomenological approach is the mainstream approach in many fields of studies in top universities of the world, namely, Harward, MIT, Stanford, and the like. This course of management and leadership is based on transformational learning in which the focus is more on the transformation of views and preassumptions rather than learning new subjects. Marketing department is responsible for the revenue of the organization. It is believed to be the face of management to the market and the outside world. Thus, there are two sub missions for the marketing function. First, it has to perceive the market and environment messages well and brings them to the organization. Second, it has to communicate the organization messages correctly to the market and the target sectors. For this, the marketing managers need to have an appropriate analysis from outter context, inner context, and the strategies of their organization.
